Don't come with pots as various shapes, colours and styles fit. They need to be conical or have a lip.
If you want standard terracotta pots, the size you need is 23cm. Commonly stocked in garden centres and at B&Q.
20.6cm refers to the diameter of the centre hole, which has a circumference of 647mm.
If you already have a pot you would like to check will fit. Cut some string to the length of the circumference and wrap it around your pot. Alternatively, the final picture can be used as a template. You could print and cut this out and hold it around your pot. The closer to the top of the pot, the better. The template is too large for one sheet of A4 paper. So will need to be taped together.
Use a saucer to create a tiered, hanging bird feeder.
