Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview
I want you to feel confident shopping with Dandy Crafts. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how I handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging (where applicable)
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase or delivery
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital products once downloaded
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email me at dan@dandycrafts.co.uk with your name, order number, and reason for return. I’ll confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- I would recommend you use the same delivery service in which you received the item
- I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7 days for processing
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, I will refund the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items returned in poor condition
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window
Exchanges
I offer exchanges for faulty items, incorrect items received, or size/colour changes (subject to stock availability). Contact me at dan@dandycrafts.co.uk. Please note that the item you receive may look slightly different than pictured depending on your screen settings.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at dan@dandycrafts.co.uk within 30 days with photos of the issue. I use these photos to assess the problem and decide the best solution. If photos aren’t provided, I may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
