Delivery Information
Delivery price is calculated based on weight and size to give you the most accurate price that I can. The weight and parcel size of each product is shown on the additional information tab on the product page and the prices are outlined below.
Select your shipping country using the dropdown box for prices for your country.
The most accurate way to check the delivery price is to enter your postcode at checkout and the shipping price will be calculated, with no obligation to go through with your purchase.

Shipping Policy

Overview
I aim to make sure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how I handle processing times, delivery methods, and shipping costs.
Processing Times
Because I design, make, and prepare all items myself:
- Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day (orders placed after 4pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day)
- Custom or personalised orders may take longer depending on the complexity
- During busy periods (such as holidays), processing times may be extended
If there is ever a delay with your order, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
I ship all orders using Royal Mail. At the moment, I offer one standard shipping method, which will be either:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class
- Royal Mail Tracked 48
The service used depends on the size, weight, and value of your order.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, Royal Mail’s current network conditions, and seasonal or unexpected delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.
A table showing example prices for different parcel sizes and weights will be included at the top of this policy. However, the most accurate shipping cost will always be shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
Tracking
If your order is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If your order is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, tracking will not be available, but I’ll still let you know when your parcel is on its way.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Please check any tracking information (if applicable)
- Check with neighbours or your local delivery office
- Contact me at dan@dandycrafts.co.uk and I’ll do my best to help
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email me within 30 days at dan@dandycrafts.co.uk
- Please include photos of the damage or issue
- I’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation
If photos aren’t provided, I may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
International Shipping
I now offer international shipping to selected countries.
All international orders are sent duties paid (DDP) where possible, meaning import duties, taxes, or customs fees are paid upfront. You should not receive additional charges when your parcel arrives. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country.
Some countries may have restrictions on certain items – where applicable, this will be made clear before checkout.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
