Welcome to Dandy Crafts. By placing an order with me or using my website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These help ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both of us.
About My Products
All of my products are:
- Designed by me, from the initial concept to the final details
- Handmade or hand-finished, so small variations may occur
- 3D-printed on my own printers when applicable, allowing me to control quality and finish
- Accurately described to the best of my ability, though colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings
Ordering
When you place an order:
- You confirm that all information provided (name, address, email, etc.) is accurate
- You agree to pay the full price shown at checkout
- I reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an issue with payment, stock, or incorrect pricing. If I need to cancel your order, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
Prices & Currency
- Prices are displayed in the customer’s local currency based on their location if I ship to your country
- All payments are processed in GBP (£)
- Your bank or payment provider may convert the amount into your local currency
- Exchange rates or additional fees may be applied by your payment provider
- Payment must be made at the time of ordering
- I may update prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed
Delivery
I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on:
- Your location
- Busy periods
- Courier delays
- Custom or personalised items

Returns & Refunds
My full Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders. Key points include:
- You have 30 days to request a return or refund
- Change-of-mind returns receive a refund for the product cost only
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned
- Photos are required for damaged or faulty items – without them, I may not be able to offer a refund or replacement

For custom or personalised items:
- I begin work based on the details you provide
- Please double-check spellings, colours, and design choices
- These items are non-refundable unless faulty
Intellectual Property
All designs, product photos, descriptions, and content on my website belong to Dandy Crafts. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without my permission.
Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for:
- Delays caused by couriers
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you
My liability is limited to the value of your order.
